ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
KYLE HENDERSON

KYLE'S BACKGROUND
Kyle Henderson is a South Alabama native, attorney, and community leader whose career has been grounded in public service, law, and a commitment to responsible growth in Baldwin County. Raised in Escambia County, Alabama, Kyle learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and accountability. His first job working at an antique auction moving heavy furniture instilled a strong work ethic that continues to define his approach to both his profession and his service to the community.
Kyle graduated from Flomaton High School before attending Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. With a desire to serve and a strong interest in the legal system, he went on to attend the Birmingham School of Law, where he earned his law degree.
In 2009, Kyle began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Baldwin County. In this role, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, including DUIs, theft offenses, and serious violent crimes. His time in the District Attorney’s Office gave him firsthand experience in the courtroom and a deep understanding of how laws are applied and how decisions impact families and communities.
In 2011, Kyle transitioned into private practice, where he has represented both individuals and businesses across Baldwin County. His work includes advising developers, contractors, and business owners, giving him practical insight into land use, economic development, and the challenges of managing growth while preserving the character of local communities. His legal background allows him to approach issues with a clear understanding of regulations, contracts, and long-term consequences.
Kyle resides in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife, Rebecca McLean Henderson, and their two daughters, who attend Baldwin County Public Schools. His family’s direct connection to the school system reflects his investment in the future of the community and the importance of strong local education.
Faith and service are central to Kyle’s life. He and his family attend 3Circle Church, and he remains actively involved in civic and political organizations throughout Baldwin County. Through both his professional work and community involvement, Kyle has built a reputation for being steady, informed, and committed to doing what is right for the people he serves.
Kyle is a strong supporter of constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment, and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He believes in protecting the natural beauty of Baldwin County while supporting smart, responsible growth that benefits families—not outside interests.
With experience as both a prosecutor and a private attorney, Kyle Henderson brings a unique perspective to leadership. He understands how laws are written, how they are enforced, and how they affect real people. His background, combined with his commitment to family, faith, and community, drives his focus on accountability, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making.
